Hilal Sheikh Consulting is a boutique practice, providing strategic advice and support on select initiatives to governmental departments and third sector organisations, businesses and corporations as well as private individuals. We have assisted clients navigate and meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements, and have contributed to numerous community interest projects in a pro-bono capacity. Our particular skills and specialism are in Islamic finance and business; Business strategy – continuity, recovery and restructuring; Business analysis – reporting and coordination; and Training – executive education and capacity building.

Our word is our bond, and we pledge to not discuss matters with any other party, including a client’s spouse or family members, without your express written consent. Our standard terms of engagement incorporates a non-disclosure clause and our clients will testify for us – though it may be ineffective, given that they are not permitted to disclose much!

our fees

Our fees are computed on the basis of need and skill. Prior to accepting instructions, we assess our client’s needs and expectations, discuss and agree timescales, along with any sensitive particulars. Once agreed, we will advance a fee proposal and our standard terms of engagement, clearly outlining agreed deliverables and payment intervals. 

In some cases, where we anticipate prompt delivery, we may request the full fee be paid upon signing whereas if the engagement is anticipated to be over a longer period of time, we may suggest regular or milestone based payments to ease burdens.
